We believe that a sense of meaning and agility is the key to healthy work. We are not a corporation. We do not pretend to be one. Instead of the "goals of the corporation and its managerial ideas", we engage in a conversation. We spend time together, enjoying every single case. We put our energy into searching for solutions and drawing conclusions, not searching for guilty people. We are alien to the culture of blame, characteristic of huge organizations with a dispersed management model, which the excellent psychotherapist Jacek Santorski described as: "Project management in our company. Stage 1: enthusiasm. Stage 2: disappointment. Stage 3: panic. Stage 4: searching for guilty people. Stage 5: punishing innocent people. Stage 6: rewarding those who had nothing to do with the project".
Because such work does not make sense.
