Top level manager in key sectors of real estate industry (hotels, office buildings, apartments). He held management positions in the largest entities, including Member of the Board of the WSE listed joint stock company Polnord, President of Warta Nieruchomości sp. z o.o. and Warta Hotels Development sp. z o.o., Member of the Supervisory Board of Korporacja Budowlana Dom SA. I worked closely with Attorney Dawid Kulpa as Development Manager in the “West Station" joint venture in Warsaw. In the course of our joint work we successfully conducted, among others, the precedent-setting division of SPVs, the contribution of railroad land to the SPV, and the completion of construction of a new railway station hall.
