I worked closely with Attorney Dawid Kulpa as part of the construction of the new railway station hall within the framework of the joint-venture project Warszawa Zachodnia in Warsaw, which where Reavis Construction PL sp. z o.o. was the general contractor.
Attorney Kulpa was known as responsive, compulsory, disciplined, matter-of-fact and goal-oriented. He showed a very good knowledge of the specifics of the investment and construction process, where many rigid contract solutions must necessarily keep up with the dynamics of a living organism such as a construction site.
