optimism and realism

Our values bring us closer to what our clients and we can and should expect from each other.
Thanks to these values, we are confident in the value of the advice and recommendations we give our clients. And we know that our work makes perfect sense.
How do we understand these values on a daily basis?

  • Optimism makes us a lantern, not a critic. We do not judge. We never look at mistakes in an accusatory way

  • Optimism determines that we are always part of the solution, not the problem

  • Optimism is building long-term value on the strengths of our clients, our staff and ourselves.

  • Optimism is for us the opposite of naive dreaming and wishful thinking. It is a solid belief that even in the most difficult situation there is a solution that depends on us, but within the limits of realism

  • Realism is responsibility, respect for clients and for ourselves, which does not allow us to guarantee the outcome of the case. The nature of our work and the trust our clients place in us means that we always present things as we see them, because the sense of trust is not to make empty promises

  • Realism is not only the emphasis on business practice, but also the inside knowledge of the way state authorities work. It is understanding that the use of the Internet is associated with opportunities, but also a whole new wave of cybercrime cases

  • Realism is the motto: work smart, play hard. It is the awareness that life consists of more than just work. It is rational planning of working time, including time for family, our loved ones, or sports training and activities outside work

  • We are competent. We do not theorize. We know the law from the practical side. Constant and regular improvement of professional competence is our conscious choice.

  • Freedom is priceless to us. Both the "positive" freedom, i.e., "freedom to", which is manifested in the belief that "I am a free man when I can do something and behave in some way", and the "negative" freedom, i.e., "freedom from", which is based on the belief that "I am a free man when I do not have to do something and behave in some way".

  • For us, innovation means modern running a law firm using tools reserved not so long ago only for a few international law firms.
“I am not the king of your consciences" - these words of Sigismund II Augustus are our guide-post.
